As a child, I found comfort in lying on the floor, not out of laziness or sadness, but simply because it felt natural to me. However, my teachers couldn't understand this and prohibited it. Now, as an adult, I wonder: what would happen if I did the same? Would someone still insist I stand? It's strange to think that in a society that claims to value freedom, something as simple as lying down can be seen as an act of defiance, turning a basic act of rest into a form of protest.
